Master Care Janitorial and Facility Services is proud to announce the appointment of Brad Bissonnette as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026.

For more than 40 years, Master Care has built its reputation on delivering dependable commercial cleaning and facility services while supporting a network of dedicated Associate Franchise Owners throughout British Columbia and Ontario. As our company continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a leader whose experience, values, and passion for franchising align perfectly with our vision for the future.

A Leader Who Understands Franchising

Brad brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in franchising, operations, sales, marketing, and business development.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Local Commercial Business at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, where he led a large commercial operations team and focused on franchisee support, operational excellence, and business growth. Earlier in his career, Brad held senior leadership positions with COBS Bread, Boston Pizza, and Oilers Entertainment Group, building a reputation for developing strong teams, improving business performance, and helping franchise systems grow.

Brad is also the founder of Playbook Consulting, where he has worked alongside franchisors and growth-focused businesses to improve strategy, operations, franchise development, and execution.

While Brad’s experience is impressive, it was his collaborative leadership style, genuine passion for franchising, and commitment to supporting franchise owners that stood out most throughout the selection process. The Board was looking for a leader who shares Master Care’s values, believes in building strong relationships, and understands that long-term success begins by helping franchise owners succeed.

A Seamless Leadership Transition

Leadership transitions are most successful when they balance fresh ideas with continuity.

To support this transition, Terry Laferte will serve as Executive Advisor through August 31, 2026, working closely with Brad to share his knowledge of the business, introduce key relationships, and help ensure a seamless transition. Terry’s leadership has played an important role in shaping Master Care into the respected organization it is today, and we are grateful for his continued guidance during this important period.

This marks an exciting new chapter in Master Care’s 45 year history.
